Strength Training #3

Every strength training session here at Bannister is 30 minutes long. It’s 1 circuit of 6 exercises. You need to repeat the circuit 5 times.

You need to do each exercise for 50 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. There is no rest between circuits.

  • Plank
  • Push Up – T Pushup
  • Heels to Heavens
  • Burpees
  • Sumo Squat
  • Diagonal Lunge (alternate)
