Every strength training session here at Bannister is 30 minutes long. It’s 1 circuit of 6 exercises. You need to repeat the circuit 5 times.
You need to do each exercise for 50 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. There is no rest between circuits.

- Bicycle
- Chair Stand Up Left
- Chair Stand Up Right
- Supine Sliders
- Lateral Lunges (alternate)
